Spacious units, accommodating manager, clean rooms, great food, lovely ambience, gym and pool facilities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Overpriced and underwhelming

The hotel had a good location and the rooms were decently-sized. Also, the breakfast options were satisfactory. However, the staff lacked basic manners and etiquette. Their customer service skills were below average. The hotel was overpriced for the lack of quality service and facilities offered. On top of that, the room wasn't serviced properly, and the towels were old and worn out. it was an underwhelming experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and value for money.

I loved the clean and spacious units, with large airy rooms. The hotel facilities were great, with a gym and pool available for use. The location was perfect - close to the town centre and restaurants, yet the hotel provided a peaceful garden retreat. The breakfast served was excellent and the staff were friendly and provided great service.

Nothing not too like.

We had a great experience at the lodge with spacious and airy rooms, beautifully clean and well-maintained. the garden doors were crystal clear, which gave a nice touch to the surroundings. We liked the accommodating and helpful management who made us feel like visiting a friend's house. the facilities were top-notch, including a gym, pool, and clean linen.

Breakfast wasn't perfect, with some items running out frequently.

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. the location was convenient and centrally located to many attractions. the gym had plenty of equipment for a solid workout.

Our experience was less than satisfactory. the air conditioning was not functioning properly, leaving us very hot and uncomfortable during the hot New Year's days.
